We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email/contact] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
